Notella Smoothie
You will need:
- 1 Primal Pantry Real Food Hazelnut and Cocoa Bar
- 1 Medium Banana
- 30g oats
- 100ml Rebel Chocolate Hazelnut Shake (you can buy Rebel Mylk Shakes from here)
Coconut Strawberry Smoothie
You will need:
-1 Primal Pantry Real Food Coconut and Macadamia bar
-Handful of Strawberries
-1 medium banana
-150ml plant based Mylk (we recommend Rebel Kitchen Whole Mylk)
The Nut Lovers Smoothie
You will need:
-1 Primal Pantry Real Food Almond and Cashew bar
-Handful of Almonds
-Handful of Cashews*
*We find that around 1 handful (25g) in total of your mixed nuts of choice is plenty – but if you are truly crazy about nuts feel free to add more!
-1 teaspoon Peanut Butter
